Dr. Mark Epstein and his staff treated a terrible scar on my daughters chin. She is only 3 years old and received 10 stitches after a bad fall. I was devastated every time I saw her face. With only a few sessions of treatment, the texture and redness were significantly reduced. It’s truly barely noticeable now and I am so relieved for the quick decision to treat with this office. The staff was so kind and patient with my daughter. Dr. Epstein always went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and at ease. She left happy, with no tears, and even some chocolate after each visit. I was beyond impressed as a parent and as a patient. She still says it is her favorite doctor to go to. I am forever thankful for the wonderful results!

I haven’t personally gotten any work done by Dr. Epstein but i have seen many of his patients. I perform their post-op massage and aftercare. I wanted to leave a review from a masseuse’s point of view. Dr. Epstein is meticulous with everything he does. He has the latest technology and techniques. He cares deeply about his patients and is in contact with them throughout the whole process, which is something you don’t see often. All of his patients have been very happy with their results. I also have to give a shout out to his team. They are super dedicated, caring and a pleasure to work with.

I did breast augmentation in September. My review is long overdue! My experience with Dr. Epstein and his team is they are professional and easy to work with. Dr. Epstein is humble and very easy to speak with. It is important to do your research so that your expectations are realistic. My consultation went as expected and I knew I had the confidence to work with him. My actual surgery and healing process was good and I had no issues. His surgical team were professional and made you feel at ease. This was my first surgery of this kind and as expected I was somewhat nervous the morning of, everyone involved including Dr. Epstein made it very soothing. Dr. Levy, the anesthesiologist, was so calm and made you feel at ease. You are very will guided. I think the individual approach, where Dr.Epstein calls you after your surgery is important and says a lot about his care. His approach makes you feel he cares about your safety. He tell you what he thinks is best for your body and safety was very important for me. At one week post op, I went back to the gym and at 6 weeks I was lifting again, at 2 months post op, I am officially back at my pre-surgery weights and workouts. I would highly recommend him due to his experience, demeanor, professionalism and his team, office environment, etc.

I recently had the privilege of undergoing a breast reduction with Dr. Epstein, and I cannot express my gratitude enough for the outstanding experience and exceptional results. From the initial consultation Dr. Epstein demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, expertise, and understanding. Throughout the entire surgical process, Dr. Epstein & his team showed me their commitment to patient care and safety. The nursing staff was friendly, supportive, and highly knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for during every step of the way. If I had to do it all over again I would choose Dr. Epstein & his team all over again.

I am 4 weeks out from my 2nd breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Epstein as I had a ruptured implant and had both breast implants replaced. My first surgery was 11 years ago and I had such a great first experience with Dr Epstein and his staff that I wouldn’t have even thought about going anywhere else a second time. Dr. Epstein and his staff are absolutely phenomenal! They all make you feel extremely safe and comfortable. They are welcoming, caring, understanding, and helpful. They were great with all of the questions I had from billing to the surgery itself, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The recovery process from my surgeries, both times were the easiest recovery’s I’ve had from a surgery. Before leaving the office,after the surgery, I was able to get myself dressed and into the car. After following the recovery recipe, I was up and walking around with no problem that day. The next day, I was back to working, driving and attended my kids after school activities, back to normal life like nothing happened. I was a little tired but had very little pain which was amazing! I can’t thank Dr. Epstein and all of his staff enough for all they did and for the continued care!

I’ve been a patient for 14 years. Customer care service is amazing. Staff is very attentive, efficient and courteous. Any follow up questions are always answered promptly by staff and Doctor. I feel Comfortable and confident making referrals for services conducted by Dr. Epstein and his staff.

Dr. Epstein and his staff were extremely professional and attentive to my needs. Dr. Epstein spent a lot of time with me explaining every thing step by step regarding my breast reduction surgery. A surgery I had been contemplating for many many years. He was honest and explained in great detail the results I could expect and i was pleasantly surprised when I truly woke up with no pain as promised. The nurses, anesthesiologist and office staff were also so attentive. I have never experienced such wonderful care. Post op, Dr. E was very hands on, always checking in on me and showing me the utmost concern with my care. I am so pleased with my results. Thank you Dr E and entire staff!

I got a breast reduction from Dr. Epstein and it is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My life has changed drastically from this because I was suffering from a lot of pain because of the large size of my breasts. From the first visit, Dr. Epstein and his staff were extremely nice and welcoming. They sit and have conversations with you and talk to you about the procedure your interested in and what type would be a good fit for you. Him and his staff care greatly about the patient and it shows. I received very thorough instructions leading up to the surgery for preop and post op care which I liked. I ended up getting sick a few days before my surgery date and the office was very accommodating and I was able to change it to another close date. Overall the recovery went well. I was in a decent amount of pain for about 5 days after the procedure but taking medication helped a lot(which were not narcotics). Overall the entire process was great, I am very happy with my results and I'm glad I did it with Dr. Epstein!

I want to start off by saying thank you to Dr. Epstein and all of his staff for being so friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in! Dr. Epstein did my breast augmentation 3 months ago and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I told him I wanted a more natural look for my petite body shape and he did an amazing job at achieving the look that I wanted. The 24 hour recovery really means 24 hour recovery. The day of my surgery I was able to go home and lift my arms above my head to wash my hair! 2 weeks after my surgery I went on a cruise and was able to enjoy every second of it without having any pain or discomfort. I recommend Dr. Epstein 1000% Thank you thank you thank you Dr. Epstein, you did an amazing job!!!!

What else can I say about Dr. Epstein and his office staff but Thank You! You have all helped change my life for the better after my breast implant removal, lift, and fat injections. I am now four months out and I couldn’t be happier with how the surgery went, my healing, and of course my results. I needed literally one to two days to feel recovered already even though I wasn’t close to that yet. Dr. Epstein put me at ease from Day 1 as did his staff. Such kind, understanding, and empathetic people. I didn’t feel embarrassed or ashamed of my situation because of all of them. And my healing and aftercare has been superb. After seeing my “Before” pics today at his office, I can’t believe what a difference there is between the before and after. I highly and strongly recommend anyone who is even the slightest bit interested in either of the three things I had done, or even the thought of any other kind of surgery or aesthetics, coming here to his Hauppaugue office to come in for at least a consultation. You will be taken care of from second 1 and then thereafter. Any questions or concerns will be addressed and answered. You will not regret your decision on coming to this Dr. for whatever your reasons and concerns are. And I know anyone will be happy with their choices and results as I was and am. I am even coming back to get further information and consultations for other issues I see fit for me. And lastly, when it comes to cost, they will guide you through the process of affording whatever you decide to make happen. Oh, how could I forget one of the most important things-the important fact that no matter what someone comes here for will most definitely have NATURAL results. That is something I notice with anyone who is a patient of Dr. Epstein and his work.
