If I could give 10 stars, I would! Dr. Epstein and his staff are by far the most educated and wonderful medical group I can ever remember dealing with. I had a B.A. back in December of 2015 with Dr. Epstein. I had NO pain, and was back at work in NYC the following day. The results exceeded my expectations. I had always been unhappy with the side profile of my nose, specifically my dorsal hump. I went to consultations over the summer when it dawned on me that I hadn't reached out to Dr. Epstein's office. I made a consult in August, and he personally spent over 1 hour with me going over the procedure and the look I wanted. I knew if I was going to do rhinoplasty, it was going to be with Dr. Epstein. Yesterday, March 12th I went in for rhinoplasty with Dr. Epstein. His new office is absolutely beautiful, state of the art and mainly CLEAN!! From the front desk associate, to the nurses, and the Anesthesiologist, I felt beyond comfortable. I woke up in the recovery room feeling excellent and came home to virtually no pain, or bruising. Today is day 2, and I woke up with no pain whatsoever and only minor swelling. Not only did Dr. Epstein call to see how I was feeling the night of the surgery, I already have received 2 calls from 2 nurses to make sure I was feeling okay. Any surgery can be scary, but Dr. Epstein's office staff and himself make it a wonderful experience! He's the best around and that is for sure!!!

My experience with Dr. Epstein was amazing. He is an honest, knowledgeable doctor. I would definitely refer him to anyone looking to have anything done, big or small.

Office and faculties are brand new. Staff are great and Dr. Epstein takes his time to explain the procedure you are getting. Never felt rushed and the follow up is great as well. Would recommend to anyone!!!

5 stars to Mark Epstein and his incredible team on the 24-hour recovery! I am a 26 year old, mother of 2 (an 8 year old and a 2 year old). I live in Pennsylvania, and travelled to NY for what was my first ever surgery! I am nearing 1 year post operation, and I am still delighted with my results! I would highly recommend this team of professionals and procedure to anyone! Because I was traveling a small distance, Dr. Epstein booked us 2 nights at a local hotel stay. This trip ended up being what felt more like a mini vacation, and the healing process was surprisingly pleasant. The same day I was able to lift my arms above my head to stretch, and did not have to take anything for pain other than Tylenol. From the very first phone call I was treated kindly and well informed. Even on operation day, I was much more relaxed that expected, thanks to this team. If your debating a BA and are hoping to find a great team to work with, look no further!

I could not speak more highly of Dr. Epstein and his entire staff!!! I wanted a breast augmentation for years, but was very hesitant and put it off due to the recovery time I thought it would take. Being an outpatient pediatric occupational therapist, my job is VERY active . I read about the "one-day recovery” or “24 hr recovery" technique that Dr. Epstein uses and immediately called for a consult. After my consult, I decided to go with the tear drop gummy bear implants. After getting home from my surgery i took a 2-3 hour nap. After this, I literally got myself dressed, went out to eat, then strolled around the mall. Although it took me a little longer, I even tried on some clothes! I showered that night and couldn't believe that I was completely independent in all my daily living skills. Dr. Epstein even followed up with me on the phone the night of my surgery, and later sent flowers to my home. The next day I drove 2 hours home! I did feel a little discomfort but NO pain and NO pain killers. When I told my friends who have had the regular procedure about this, they could not believe me. The first week I felt very tight, still no pain. Second week even better. By week 3 I felt almost completely back to normal! At 3 weeks on the dot, I went to spin class, started jogging and going back to the gym. I am lifting and running after kids all day at my job, with no issues or discomfort. I LOVE my results. Dr. Epstein made me look entirely natural , but exactly what I wanted at the same time. I really could not be happier with my results. Overall, the nurses, receptionists, and all staff are extremely warm, transparent, and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Epstein to anyone! You will not be disappointed!
