I finally decided to get a breast reduction and I wanted to thank the staff and Dr. Epstein for taking care of me. It was a seamless process from the initial meeting to now almost 4 months post op. I feel better about my look and just more positive about my appearance.

This office is the absolute best and if you want the services done right this is the place. Educated staff that is also very pleasant and professional.

When I finally decided to get a breast reduction and lift I wanted to make sure I chose the right doctor. Dr. Mark Epstein came highly recommended so I was very excited to start this journey. First, I would like to compliment Dr. Epstein and his wonderful staff. From the consult, to the surgery and during recovery they were all so very nice, caring and understanding. Dr. Epstein knew exactly what I was looking for and the results certainly far exceeded my expectations. Secondly, amazing transformation for sure! I feel lighter, my clothes fit better and overall, I'm so much more comfortable. So lastly, thank you Dr. Epstein and thank you to your staff for making this journey an amazing and positive one.

Can I just say the level of professionalism that Dr. Epstein and his staff show is remarkable. From the second you walk through those doors, you are greeted with a smile, never rushed. I went in for a consult for a breast lift (had implants done the year before and the surgeon failed to give me the results I wanted). After explaining the prior surgery and how I was let down, I was ensured by Dr. Epstein that he could achieve the look I wanted, and he also went over all the things HE COULD NOT do based on my anatomy. That was extremely helpful and helped me feel confident about my results prior to the surgery. Scheduling, surgery, and post surgery, everything had been nothing short of amazing. I was moving around and feeling so good after I had to keep reminding myself I had surgery. So far 1 month post op, my scars are healing very nicely. Dr. Epstein placed clips along the vertical scar to help keep the tension off the skin for a smoother heal. They were supposed to stay on 3 weeks but held up and I still have them (I feel very secure knowing they are there). I cannot wait to see my final results in a few months and how my scars heal, but so far I am extremely happy. Swelling is all gone, scabs are falling off and they look perky and full. I feel beautiful and confident and it’s thanks to the team at Epstein Plastic Surgery.

So thankful to have found such a caring doctor and professional staff. My procedure went so smoothly and I couldn’t be happier.

I traveled from Seattle to get my breast augmentation from Dr. Epstein after doing months of research into surgeons to find. I finally found Dr. Epstein and loved his before and after photos and incredibly informative website. I knew I had found my surgeon. I had such a great experience with Dr. Epstein! His staff is so nice and made the process so fantastic! Dr. Epstein is fantastic and has been so helpful during the whole process! The day of surgery I was able to lift my arms over my head and I was out to dinner that night! The next day I was even driving!

Dr. Mark Epstein is a pleasure to be a patient of. His staff are very pleasant and helpful. Doctor, himself, has an Excellent bedside manner. I have consulted with many plastic surgeons, and by far his care is superior. I, unfortunately had a botched breast augmentation with a different doctor years ago and implants had to be removed as a result. Coming to Dr. Epstein, I had a lot of hesitation, lots of explanation as to what had gone wrong previously and million of questions and requests as to what I don't want with the new augmentation. Although I had a lot to say of what result I don't want, I always felt like I couldn't articulate what specifically I Do want. I was never rushed, doctor remained very patient and had explained things to me over and over no matter how many different ways i reformulated my questions. I was very anxious whether doctor understood what I want. Now, 3 weeks post op, I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. All I can say, Dr. Epstein got inside my head and saw my vision. My results thus far, are exactly what I wanted, I'm still in a healing process and final result are yet to come, but progress is surpassing my expectations. Dr. Epstein and his team are the best at what they do. I have a very large hypertrophic scar and went to Dr. Epstein for a plan on how to help it heal better and clean up it's appearance. Immediately I felt comfortable as he and his esthetician, Amanda explained the options on how to best treat the area. I'm currently in between my 2nd and 3rd treatment and it already looks so much better. I highly recommend Dr. Epstein and his staff as they are truly world class and the best in the business.

First off I want to say how professional, warm, and welcoming the entire staff is. My experience has felt very personal and one of a kind. Everytime I go into the office I am always greeted with a smile and treated with the utmost kindness and respect. I had my procedure done under local anestesia with minimal pain and zero downtime, and I could not be happier with my results. It has truly been a life changing expereince for me. I highly recommend Dr. Mark Epstein for any and all of your future procedures, you will be in great hands!!!

Why didn’t I get my surgery sooner?! Is all I keep asking myself. I’ve had an AMAZING experience with my Breast Aug done by Dr. Epstein. Pre-op and Post-op visits have been fantastic, staff is wonderful. Day of surgery was a breeze, I felt so comfortable and safe, went home same day. The most important part- recovery has been by far so impressive! I was only on Tylenol post surgery for less than a week. I was able to take a shower same day and out to dinner same night. No bruising, no drains, no arm restrictions— Dr. Epstein is literally the best!
